What You’ll Do Over the 5 Days
Each day gives you a simple insight about you, your home and clutter — and a small, supported exercise to help you apply that insight to your own home.
There is no expectation to let go of anything.
If you do, that’s wonderful.
If you don’t, that’s completely OK.
You’ll understand:
- Why your clutter feels overwhelming and how to manage that overwhelm so it doesn’t sabotage you like it may have in the past.
- Where your limited time, energy, and effort will make the biggest difference first.
- Why in the past, you've struggled to get started and keep going until it's all cleared.
You’ll discover:
- How your clutter affects other areas of your life, using a simple Wheel of Life tool that you’ll build across the Challenge.
- How to gently reduce the emotional intensity of your clutter, so you can look at it, think about it, and make decisions with far less overwhelm and anxiety.
- How to take small, meaningful actions that build confidence and momentum — without pressure or perfectionism.
By the end of Day 5, you’ll have a clear picture of:
- how clearing your clutter will improve your life.
- what matters most for you.
- a plan of how and where to begin in a way that feels manageable and grounded.
You’ll also receive a surprise prize at the end of Day 3, and a super surprise prize at the end of Day 5 to reward you for your commitment to the challenge — both designed to help you feel supported and continue what you've started.
