Terms and Conditions: 

1. Your membership is a monthly membership which entitles you to access to the Journey and the LIVE Sessions. It is not related to how much you use it or how many LIVE Sessions you attend.
2. You will be required to join the LIVE Sessions with your video turned on. We share personal experiences in our sharing groups, so we all like to see who we're sharing those with!
3. Your membership enables you to join the LIVE sessions during the 5 weeks of the Clutter Clearing Term. There is holiday / vacation time between each Clutter Clearing term when there will be no LIVE sessions available. Your monthly membership payment remains the same all year, regardless of whether there are LIVE sessions available every week of that membership month.
4. If you decide to cancel your membership there are no refunds for part months used, so you will continue to have access to the Journey right up until the next monthly payment would have been due.
5. Membership cannot be put on hold. If you decide to cancel your membership you will need to start from the beginning again. I know this sounds harsh, but a lot of people feel resistance in Step 1 because they are on in the ‘Treadmill’ section of their Clutter Clearing Matrix, so they have a habit of starting and giving up. This time we need to keep going and build that routine, which again is why it’s so important that you go at a pace that’s comfortable for you so you don’t feel overwhelmed whilst still moving forward. This is much easier to do with the support of others on the Group Journey with us
6. Most people start to save money regularly by the end of Step 2 because of an exercise you do in Step 1 and continue to do every week for the rest of your Journey, so although the Journey is a cost to start with, most people find that it actually saves them money after the first 6 months.
